Youth Empowerment
- Mentorship & Training: Providing mentorship programs in schools and communities that nurture leadership, talent, and personal growth.
- Entrepreneurship & Innovation: Supporting youth with skills, resources, and platforms to venture into entrepreneurship, technology, and creative industries.
- Education & Scholarships: Facilitating access to higher education through scholarships and partnerships to help underprivileged youth achieve their dreams.
- Annual G.S Youth Summit: A flagship event that brings together young leaders to network, share ideas, and innovate solutions around climate change, entrepreneurship, health, and sustainable development.
Women Empowerment
- Leadership Development: Equipping women with leadership and advocacy skills to participate fully in decision-making at community and national levels.
- Gender Equality & Rights: Educating and supporting women and girls on issues of gender-based violence, early marriages, sexual and reproductive health.
- Economic Empowerment: Training women to leverage locally available resources for entrepreneurship and sustainable livelihoods.

- Reproductive and menstrual health programs, including sanitary towel donations.
- Teen mentorship initiatives such as the Kipusa School Campaign in Rusinga Island, Homa Bay County.
